FAQ (Refunds & Exchanges)

Sizing

Each and every one of our garments is unique, just like you!

However, please note that majority of our suppliers are located across Asia and thus the garments will generally run a little smaller than the usual sizes you wear.

Therefore, we have made sure that we carefully put the correct sizing charts for each item in the product description. Please refer to this when making your decision :)

Order Modifications

Can we modify an order once it's been put through?

Unfortunately, once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please check your items and delivery address thoroughly before you place the order!

Refunds & Exchanges

Do you guys offer refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunately due to the fast-pace nature of our fashon business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless it is under special circumstances. Please check your items and the sizes carefully before placing the order.

What if the item is not what I ordered?

If the item is not as described, not the size you ordered, or damaged, we are very sorry! We will happily provide a refund.

Please note that you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If it is past the 7 days of delivery date of item, unfortunately we cannot accept any refund requests!

  1. Please send an email to dresspeachy@gmail.com with the following information:
    Your order number
    A photo of the item (s) you received (with tags showing if possible)
    The reason you are refunding the item

  2. Once we receive this email, we will carefully review the case and let you know whether your refund has been successful.

  3. If successful, you will receive an email from us letting you know the process of sending back the item. You will need to post the return package within a 5 day period of receiving the email from us.

    *Please do not send anything back to the warehouse address without notifying us first.

  4. Once we have received your returned item and inspected it, a credit will be applied to your PayPal account. You will receive the funds within 14 days of issue of refund.

  5. We will cover the cost of returns shipping.
